Dr. Xiaoli Gao, a senior judge of No.4 civil division of the Supreme People’s Court, gave a lecture titledApplication of Law in Disputes Involving Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Contract. The department head of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Zhao Jian, also gave a lecture named Effective Arbitral Settlement of Disputes Involving Foreign Invested Enterprises. This training program was attended by 120 lawyers and enterprise legal advisers from Beijing and other cities, mainly specialized in business involving foreign invested enterprises.
