Tasting notes: This wine shows a beautiful golden yellow color. On the nose present the intense aroma of Viognier offering opulent flavors of apricots and peaches, well match with the richness of the sauvignon blanc perfume, citrus aromas and honey flavor from the “noble rot”. On the palate it is harmonious with a delicious sweetness and well balance acidity.
品尝特征：这款酒呈现漂亮的金黄色。浓郁的维欧尼所特有的杏和桃的果香，与颂维翁布朗克的典雅的香气以及贵腐酶所成就的的柑橘和花蜜的甜美形成绝佳的搭配。口味中精致的甜和恰到好处的酸完美地融合为一。
Vintage report: This wine come from selected and hand picked grapes from our vineyards at Colchagua Valley. The grapes (sauvignon blanc and Viognier) were harvested the first and second week of june when the most part of grapes were affected by botrytis, achieving the desired “Noble rot” contributing to the texture and the unique flavours and aromas profile.
Winemaking report: Fermented at 18 oC during 4 weeks. All of the blend went to French oak barrels for 4 months.

- Maturation process / time: 100 % of the blend in French oak during 4 months.
